Project Leads

We are the In Creative Co-pilots; Yelle, Andrea, Arielle, and Ozi. We are the single point of contact for our clients, doubling as Creative Directors and Project Managers. Our role is to transform our client's vision into visuals and to build unique teams of specialists for each project. As collective leaders, we activate conversations on Slack and meet 1:1 with members to build deeper relationships and keep our teammates in the creative flow. Through management & mentorship, we are the backbone of In Creative Co.

Creative at Our Core

In Creative Co is constantly on the lookout for freelancers and solopreneurs looking to build their empire with a team. An effective Project Lead is driven and has experience in leadership roles, community building, and business strategy.

Heart & Soul

Our Project Leads are the beating heart of
In Creative Co

Project Managers

One Project Lead becomes the single point of contact for the client to ease co-creation. The Project Lead meets with the client for a Discovery Call and Strategy Session, then draws up the proposal, contract, and invoice, and begins to see the grand vision.

Project Leads closely manage teammates including brand strategists, graphic designers, copywriters, and more to shape the brand standards and deliver engaging content that meets the expectations of the project.

Team Builders

To build their team, the Project Lead hand selects one or more expert creatives from our vetted global collective of 50+ members based on style, price, and availability.

For highly stylized projects like illustrations, the Project Lead may present a few member’s portfolios to the client so they can choose.

Creative Leads

The Project Leads are the creative visionaries with minds wide open. They collaborate with and direct a team of specialists to execute this vision into layout, design, copywriting, and more.

It’s the Project Leads responsibility to guide the creative process by recognizing, protecting, and nurturing their client & team’s good ideas.

Two heads are better one and collaboration allows the lifeblood of the creative process to grow.

Yelle Belle

In Creative Co-founder, Project Lead, & Graphic Designer
Brooklyn, NY, USA

👋 I’m Yelle, a professional weirdo who has become a magnet for creativity. Through my vibrant style, positive perspective, and professional past, I have attracted both a creative community and businesses that need our services. My expertise is leading projects involving brand and web design, copywriting, and social marketing.

Until early 2020, I was a freelancer acting as an extension of the marketing team for RXR Realty, booze-free Listen Bar, and CHROM Toothpolish, the world’s first nail polish for teeth :) My design, strategy, and management work have gotten my clients into New York Magazine, Business Insider, Nylon, Cosmo, New York Times, Commercial Observer, NY Mag’s ‘The Cut,’ and Tribeca Film Festival.

Prior to that, I was immersed in commercial real estate, where I worked in-house at Vornado Realty Trust to brand and market buildings as if they were all separate companies. As a Brooklyn-based creative with an Architecture Major from the University of Pennsylvania, I call myself a “trained chameleon” who was educated in the Ivy League, raised in Corporate America, escaped to Burning Man, and became an entrepreneur. My growth and color-changing capabilities have made me adaptable.

Every business I work with is on a mission to be the best and stand out in their industry. When you are aiming to do good and have a purpose driven brand I’m your gal.

I’ve led large teams in the TEDx space, been published by the internationally acclaimed Spirit Science, spear-headed giving women a stronger presence in STEM, and have been known to have a “whatever it takes” attitude. Project Lead, Marketing & Production Strategist

👋 I’m Arielle, a New York City native currently based in Los Angeles. I have a hop-to-it uppity spirit and am a career business development professional who straddles the line over the creative stratosphere. My expertise is leading projects involving branding, marketing, production, and experiential.

With a natural affinity for all things visual, lifestyle, and entertainment, I have spent the past decade working in, for and around design studios, marketing agencies, production entities and consumer brands. I pull from my fine arts background and specialize in retail & lifestyle consumer brand activations. I have worked on brand activations with companies such as Universal Music Group, Nike, Kith, Nordstrom, Sephora, and Vornado Realty Trust.

Some keys to achieving success in an ever-changing landscape are continuing to be culturally curious, astutely aware, humbly hardworking & politely persistent (alliteration always wins). Above all, I value the relationships I’ve built with my clients over the years and the many milestones we have celebrated along the way.

As In Creative Co's Project Leads, we never work alone.

We committed to leading teams of creative specialists because we did feel alone in our former lives as freelancers and solopreneurs detached from a collective.

"All my clients paused the first month of the pandemic and I filed for unemployment. So that one less gig-worker felt this pain, I said to myself, when my next project comes through, I'm contracting a gig-worker so we can work collaboratively and I can feed them. This was my drive to start In Creative Company."
